This policy covers the Family Fortify™ website only: a brochure site with no on-site shopping cart or checkout. It explains what little information we collect through our forms, the third-party services that help us run the site, and how you can reach us with questions.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Riyayti Medikart Health Plus Private Limited ("Riyayti Medikart", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Family Fortify™ website at familyfortify.org. Family Fortify™ is an informational brochure site for our liquid botanical wellness product; it is not an online store, and we do not take payments or hold customer accounts.
Information you provide to us
We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on this site:
- Contact form (Contact page): your name, email address, and message.
- Notify me form (Where to Buy panel): your email address and the delivery region you selected, used only to tell you when Family Fortify becomes available there.
- Authenticity batch checker: the code you type is checked against a printed-format pattern in your own browser and is never sent to us or stored.
Information we do not collect
We do not process payments, and we do not create or store customer accounts, order history, or payment details. When you select Shop Now, you leave this site and complete any purchase directly on the retail platform you choose (for example Amazon.in), under that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
This site keeps two small preference values in your browser’s local storage, not as cookies: ff_region (the delivery region you last selected in the Where to Buy panel) and ff_consent (whether you accepted or declined analytics). Neither is sent to us; both simply let the site remember your choice on your next visit.
Analytics cookies are set only if this site has an active analytics measurement ID configured and you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or the banner has not been shown to you, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.
When active, the spam-protection widget on our forms (hCaptcha) and, after you accept analytics, Google Analytics may each set their own cookies to do their job. We do not control those cookies directly; see the third-party services below.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site. Each only receives the data described below.
- Web3Forms: processes the contact and notify-me form submissions above and forwards them to our support inbox by email. Web3Forms sees the fields you submit; it does not receive any other browsing data from this site.
- hCaptcha: used on the contact and notify-me forms to help block automated spam submissions. When active, hCaptcha may process limited technical data (such as your interactions with the widget) to verify you are not a bot.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): loaded only after you accept the cookie banner, and only if an active measurement ID is configured for the site. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline or the feature is not active, no analytics data is collected.
- Retail platforms (for example Amazon.in): when you click Shop Now or a "Buy on…" link, you are taken to that platform’s own site, which has its own separate privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, to notify you about product availability in your selected region if you asked us to, and to keep records of correspondence for our own business purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors listed above, to the extent needed to operate the relevant form or feature.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and notify-me submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and to maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us, or ask us any question about this policy, by emailing support@familyfortify.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the forms on this site.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
Riyayti Medikart Health Plus Private Limited is based in Maharashtra – 414302, INDIA. This site is operated from, and this policy is governed by, the laws of India. If you access this site from outside India, you do so on the understanding that your information may be handled in India.
Changes to this policy
